Description

RRM Design Group is an employee-owned company seeking a full-time Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team!

The ideal candidates should have experience with public and private sector projects and have worked in landscape architecture or multi-disciplinary firm(s). The ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment working with multi-disciplinary teams, be focused on preparing quality work, and possess a strong ability to manage project teams and support business development. In this position, the candidates will work within a team setting to contribute to all phases of the design process from conceptual design to construction documents.

YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

Providing overall project management and project team coordination
Preparing presentation graphics, site plans, and technical documents.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, invoicing, and budgets
Managing project budgets and preparing designs and components of design
Communicating effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management
Presenting at public hearings, workshops, and meetings
Interacting with clients and representing RRM in a professional and courteous manner
Supervising and mentoring emerging staff.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
Valid Washington Landscape Architect license.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape architecture, with substantial experience as a consultant in a private consulting firm setting.

Base on skill & experience: $88,400 - $99,840/yr
